don't be rude rep those that reply to your thread, but i would likely say good habits like nose breathing diet toungue posture and midface expansion along with implants or some sort of jaw surgery for the lower

I honestly wouldn't recommend either you have good facial depth and the midface expander is separate from jaw surgery and will take care of the upper jaw so you'd only be getting implants or some sort of jaw surgery widening for the lower

Yea you're right my lower jaw is really narrow, i also have alot of downward growth is there a way i can make my gonial angle a bit more narrow? Or is it just the same surgery taking care of both gonial angle and widening

Never need to hardmax at 14. Biggest thing would be palate expansion. At 14 it’s super easy you could use something like the Invisalign expander or get a tooth borne expander from ortho.

look into palette expansion/braces, you have a narrow palette and I can't fully tell but it seems like you have a slight underbite. still have a lot of time at 14

Not really underbite, i think its because of the lower lip right? I actually have an overbite, my top teeth cover my lower teeth almost entirely when i bite
I will do a palate expansion probably when i hit 15 ty for advice any rating?
