Truly brutal treatment they get, I’m not getting a car until I’m 28 probably as I have no use for it, if you live outside a city it might still be a failo, going to dates and so forth with public transportation or a bicycle will also make you look bad at times (here in Denmark we have something called sharenow where you can rent a car with you phone the same way you rent electric scooters which can solve that issue) - better yet, get a gf with a dad that likes you more than his daughter that lets you borrow the car whenever you’d like as he trusts you more to drive it than his daughter
