Ethnics like me have black hair and dark brown eyes, which looks like shit on brown skin because no contrast. Just like on whites how light colored hair is uncanny cause it makes you look like a cuck with invisible eyebrows.

Skin color nor hair color doesn't mean shit. It's all facial features. If you have a good lower facial area or a good eye area with good hair/clean skin, you'll be good with women. Everything else is cope. Notice the dark skinned indian person is ugly compared to the dude on the left and his skin being lighter wont change shit. He'll still have shit facial features.
