Ye ik but i probably have to dose ai high to let my plates be for longeropen but the sides that comes with having that low ai are to high for me to risk for 1-2cm or none so i will just take hgh with nothing

Pfp is me before blasting and with no bone smashing for like 6 months but yeah now bones are looking uncanny lol. I think low bf and reta helps too but ye your going to keep more your gains with hgh. Just carb max and blast hgh obviously, I mean like why are you even contemplating jumping on, hop on lil bro.
