I have been thumbpulling from soft palate as hard as I can towards my canines in 30 second increments as many times as I can a day (adding up to about five minutes a day).your maxilla has a good height (eye support) and width it just doesn't go forward, try thumbpulling for softmax and increase test for bone growth
Idk if im coping right now but its less recessed now after one month. not by a lot but somewhat noticeable
Whats funny is I already have had headgear to fix underbite and palate expander from a curry ortho
I am doing a lot of softmaxx testing at the moment so I'll eventually post an update on what worked for me including thumbpulling.
If thumb pulling really works it won't do me too much since it is still connected to my nasal and frontal skull which means I need lefort iii at minimum
