browridge doesnt effect the eyes that much. but yeah you can have hunter eyes without good bones.

hunter eyes = wide pfl + narrow pfh + no uee

for example gandy has incel tier undereye support

No you can't. You can even have prominent zygos and poor under eye support. It sucks because eyes > everything else face wise.

It's impossible to have hamadryas(hunter) eyes without pronounced supra-orbitals.
You can, however, have fox eyes.
