Is Hydrocortisone on nose permanent?

I have a bulbous nose and was wondering if i was to use hydrocortisone to shrink it, once i have got it to my ideal size would i be able to stop using it and keep results? Or would it be that i would have to constantly use it to keep the look?

i had a similiar idea until i looked it up and how it could thin the skin to the point where it starts to show veins now i dont know whether to buy it or not
