Ive heard about igf-1 signaling and i wanna know if its actually cope or not. Does it work? and if it does how can i do it the best way possible to increase bonemass

sugar diet is cope especially before sleep do your research dont eat 2h before sleep especially no sugar bcs it supresses igf-1 doing sleep when ur supposed to have the most thats why sleeping alot during development is important. u could also do ur research on gh and pun 8iu a day for igf-1 but if ur base is shit u will end up uncanny

after gym or whatever exersice just eat some carbs (fruits r best) along w some fats and protein mb some organs (preferably raw) and theoretically it should work but u have to do it consistently
