i still have some wounds left from a harsh chemical peel, would Infadolan make a difference or should i get another moisturizer

No has so many chemicals bro, just use cerave cleanser and cerave moisturizer morning and night, drink water, eat fruit, veggies/carrots and you have good skin.

Yes i want to speed up wound healing, its not an ”open wound” but there is still some damage from the peel that hasnt healed yet.

its an occlusive and quite gentle apparently so yeah should work
but it's a retinoid so don't use if you think there's a chance of irritation
take vit c if you want faster wound healing
