The older I get the more Im starting to think that it might just be environmental. Obviously its somewhat genetical but if you havent been nerfed with being ND or mentally ill etc. then I would argue that the key to open the door to intelligence lies in the mindset of never getting satisfied.
The "intelligent kids" received tons and tons of equations, they solve them, they want more and more and more, they dont fucking get tired. Its insane they never get that feeling of enough, they never stop working and thinking. Magnus Carlson for example told others that any time possible he analyzes chess games in his head, he only thinks about chess. I think intelligence lies in the obsession of wanting to know more and in the absence of tiredness. I mean Newton was nuts, that nigga didnt sleep and worked hours and hours straight rawdogging everything to the point were he got some sort nervoussystem attack due to the lack of sleeping.
Another good example might be the Indian chess kids. Living in the most shitty conditions possible, yet forced by their parents to play chess for hours and by age 10 they have already become grandmasters.
I dont really think anymore that there is a genetical limit? It might just be the personality.
Taking on that thought that its just the personality gets destroyed via Carl Friedrich Gauß. I think the story was that he wasnt behaving at school so he got extra homework in which he need to add the numbers from 1 to 100, which would take a normal 8 year old (he was around that age) at least 1 hour. I mean that should have been around second grade or smth? I doubt that they could even multiply numbers at that age. Anyways, instead of adding each number with the next one, he saw a system and just created an easy formula to fix it
I mean at that point thats a good example that intelligence is genetical because 99.9% of children at that age were able to create a formula on their own.
Thats leaves me with a "high intelligence is achievable through hard work, yet determinism still exists and the normal IQ guy can work his ass of as much as he wants and will never be that efficient as the genetically gifted high IQ guy".
What do you think?
