Is IQ maxxing even possible?

So, although some might not see why am i talking about IQ in a looksmaxxing server, I think it is necessary, and could honestly provide you with higher smv. There is not only a direct correlation between successful people and having higher IQs, but there also is correlation between funnier people having higher IQ’s which certainly doesnt hurt your chances with women. I would say it is an extremely valuable step in charisma maxxing in fact.Women, although I'm not sure of the exact numbers have valued intellect at a 2x higher rate then men. I have researched it on YouTube, Scientific journals, and on this forum, and have come up completely dry, most recommend taking supplements, but majority of these dont work, or there is little scientific data supporting these drugs. I have an IQ of 113 and would like to boost it to around 123-128 range. I am 17 so my nueroplasticy is still pretty high, I was just wondering if anyone knew specific ways i could genuinely improve IQ? Thanks in advance

I think so - to an extent. A better diet with improved blood circulation would mean more nutrients to the brain, which should then in turn mean higher intelligence. But in terms of jumping from 80IQ to 120IQ then no. But 5 or 10 then yeah I think so.

Why?
Because the chadlite with 115 IQ wants to have sex only with the girls he really likes.

Tbh studying for IQ tests is pointless, it is meant to measure how well you can recognize patterns. Raising it by cheating wont prove how effective you are when dealing with real world problem solving.

id say so, if you put a kid from congo in the japanese school system they wouldn't have the same score as the other congolese kids that stayed in congo

IQ is not reliable imo

Ok, well a person with an IQ of 115 probably has a better career, is more charming since they are quicker on there feet. Also, someone with an IQ of 115 could be open to having sex with lots of women, it depends on his character.

Whenever you come to a conclusion just pause and try thinking a little outside of the box because there's a chance you missed a thing or two. IQ is your ability and speed to recognise patterns. Occasionally you might come to the same conclusion as someone smarter than you but your brain just needed a little more time to put two and two together. Give it that time. That's how you can slightly fraud IQ. Actual IQ is deadset though sorry.

it does prove how effective you deal with real world problem solving, that's the entire point of an IQ test.

When I was 13, I had to take the WISC-V (a professionally proctored IQ test) for a gifted education program, the scored were multifaceted (exempli gratia, fluid, verbal, visual, memory, et cetera), I remember absolutely pulverizing the verbal, fluid, and visual section with perfect scores. I received a score 160 (the maximum) which the psychologist said was 1 in thousands, and there were extended scores too. People have always told me I was scintillating but I didn't think it was to that degree. I must have a report lying around for vindication. I'm not an adult yet, however, my IQ has benefited me in many different ways, but it does not help you with the success this forum is endeavoring for.

Your IQ and your bones are things that you can only change 10% at the max (assuming no malnutrition or medical/psychological conditions). These things are mostly genetic
