No, your actual problem is looking too generic, try to nichemax instead

For what? Your lower jaw is not recessed.

No because your philtrum is convex.

Shame there's such little information on this site about actually useful things.

what’s convex, is it pointed outwards?

Your philtrum has curvature. From the nose to the upper lip it goes in and then out.

The more more acute the angle in blue (between the anterior nasal spine and alveolar bone), the more curved (convex) your philtrum will be. It's a feminine trait of the maxilla itself that reduces chin prominence relative to the bottom lip. Because it's pretty much impossible to change, there's nothing you can do. Regardless, your chin looks perfectly fine and masculine.

is there a certain reason for it being convex since it is a feminine trait, is it passed down through genetics or something else?

It's just genetics and women are more likely to have it.

No, but you have a recessed upper maxilla

Nah bro you don’t need genio. You seem to have a negative orbital vector tho. Also your hairstyle looks like it could be improved (granted its hard to see in your pic)

no just improve your overall personality image, looks too generic, like a 19 year old uk student who always wears puffers

There's no surgery for it so no one thinks about it. It's useful for understanding facial aesthetics and masculine/feminine balance though.
