I’m almost 19.5" currently, slightly trained (bench 1RM is like 90kg/200lbs at 150lbs body weight).

How much wider can I get if I keep working out?
I’ve read you can only add 1.5" naturally.

Ideal would be 21" but anything above 20" already sounds decent enough.

(I’m late twenties so gymcelling is probably my only framemaxxing option.

a inch or so of clavicular growth between 18-25 is normal.

Yeah but I’m past 25 already, so I can’t count on that.

Late cramming nights in college maybe robbed me of some of those gains..

I gained like two inches on each side from lifting but my shoulders have always been my most responsive muscle group so that's unlikely to happen.

I’d be more than happy with just 1" on each side.
You only did normal lifting or specific exercises like reeves shrugs too?
