Is it always worth it to aim for a high-cut Le Fort 1?

Should one always try to get a high-cut Le Fort 1 as opposed to a "regular" one, if possible? I know they are a bit rare but I'm just curious, I heard this + some other things could replicate Le Fort 2 or 3 (Which I believe are impossible now, correct me if I'm wrong, but now that Sinn is gone IDK any other surgeons who'd do it well)
