Blending fruits and vegetables is good since they are mostly soft especially fruits. Carrots are hard

I doubt it would do anything on such a level, i feel chunks in my smoothies often

No, as long as you aren't one of those people who makes a smoothie with 7,000 grams of sugar from bananas and says it's fruit so it's good for you.

And as long as you don't replace actual meals with it because you still have to chew.
