Is it bad to have 1 beer after working out?

In this case I mean 50 cl 3.5% ABV so it's not a strong one


I had a beer this morning and did a short workout after which I had a protein drink and some kratom.

Of course it's not ideal since beer is empty cals, but some people even say small amounts can be healthy so idk.
 
It doesn't matter
