What’s up yall I have a quick question:
So I’m like 182cm (still growing)
My parents are 163 and 178
But let’s say my mom had extreme lack of nutrition because her family was poor
My dad had good nutrition but his sleep was extremely bad since he worked and studied since he was 13, started a business at 15 and worked very hard and got rich at 18 but in the years he worked and started a business he was sleeping like 5-6 hours on average sometimes 2 hours a day. What do yall think? Lmk
