Is it better to be skinny or to be moderately muscular (aesthetically)? For women

I have noticed that not so old girls prefer boys who have a better facial appearance but are usually too thin (since this way their facial features are more noticeable), for example these images:

if you want skinny girls then skinny
if you dont want skinny girls then be at least average male size
