is it better to pin vitamen D or take pills? im vitamen DIH defcient

if your in like a budget than pin it but if you dont mind abt the budget js buy the pills from your local drugstore since you can easily just eat like 5k ui of d3 or more since usually one d3 pill is like only 1k ui but pinning is also good but it depends on your budget and how defiecient you are in d3 like if your very defiecient in vitamin d3 then use the pinning since one injection is alot of ui of vitamins per 1 ml im pretty sure but its your choice lol
