Is it easier now as an 18 year old in 2025 or was it easier in 2000?

Which one?

Easier to ascend but you get a lower return for your work.

2000 was peak hope, new millenia without a cold war or anything like that. They were so hopeful until 9/11 happened. Put them back into reality of how shitty the world is

Now it's on nightmare mode from the massive height differences and overall genetic difference

Having short and ugly parents is more punishing than ever, given that today's young people are taller and overall better looking than any other generation in the past

In 2000 there were a lot more average guys, with much closer heights, and a lot fewer guys who stood out by being very tall or very good looking..

It's not so obvious to all coping oldcels here. They think if they could rewind the clock ten years it it would be easier.

I am an oldcel myself. I know it's way worse for younger people. If I had to relive my life 10 years younger my problems would be compounded. And they were bad already....

9/11 was great idk what you're talking about. Imagine something like that happened now. Goddamn. It's a life defining moment. Watching the news would be better than movies for once :lul:

Without question now, because back then there wasn't even information on what you needed to do to "ascend" I would give anything to have the level of widespread information on aesthetics when I was 18 and planning my surgeries

There was no widespread information because ascending was simply the norm whether you was ugly or chad. You didn't even need to looksmax. The bar was lower. More and more men need to do surgery now to ascend, but that was never the case before.

Concur, as a fellow oldcel. I wish I can trade places with these young Gen Z fags who romanticize the last decade. They don't know how much easier they have it nowadays

Smaller communities = better connectivity with people = better chances of actually finding someone.

Now you’re just competing with the whole world

If no internet back then
The internet is partly responsible for inceldom. Maybe for chads it's provided them with a little bit of ease - but even then the noose is tightening on them too.

WOmen didn't care about looks (as much) 25 years ago. They didn't endlessly doomscroll insta and have chads lining up for them. The bar for being good looking was a lot lower.

JFL if you think the internet, Globalisation and dissemination of information was a good thing for relationships.

Exactly this. The most realistic options for women were there own social networks IRL. Now they've created their own virtual delulu land online. It's affecting even the villages in the fucking middle east.

You are coping sir. Maybe you have regrets about the way your life turned out (I do too). But it doesn't make sense to say it would be easier now. Things I just getting harder and harder. In fact I don't think this hoeflation bubble has popped yet it's just getting bigger.
