This shit is crazy. I feel like I need 3500kcal a day to function properly. I cant lean out and become chad this way I will always stay stuck 18%bf

walking 10000 steps a day + 30-60 minutes moderate intesity cardio (running, cycling)

or just dont eat nigga

That’s easy if you are trained! Cycling for one hour with 180 Watt burns around 600 kcal
 
Running 10k Burns around 800 calories If you Are normal weight
 
Hunger pangs @ 2k calories a day are insane tbh

Cutting at 15% bodyfat is no funzies

Reduce intensity and try doing it after and before eating. Test things. Do just walking if necessary
