Yes it's possible with a robust warrior skull and good jaw. Obviousy you would be better off with hair but you get my Point.

even just having hair is not enough, hairderessers themselves are obliviously blackpilled, they say that they try to cut hair in such a fashion that your skull appears to be more robust, basically they are helping you fraud a warrior skull, at least the good ones who know what they are doing. This is why you look good in only a narrow range of hairstyles.
