I have A+ Sec+ and net+.

Is it hard to land a job?

like at least 40-50k preferably

I wouldn’t know all I could get is this behavior analyst shut
 
With your certs it’s easier but yes it is harder to get one imo
 
Pay indians dudes to make github projects and put them in resume

No. A basic IT job isn't any more demanding skill-wise I'd say than any other normal white-collar job.
40k-50k annually is also realistic, I'm surprised. I'd expect people here to expect 100K+ for their entry job.
