Is it important to also train for athleticism on top of aesthetics?

MY GOALS :

5km in 20 minutes - Bench Press 100kg - Military Press 90kg - Barbell Curl 60kg - Pushups 70 Reps - Squats 120 Reps - Pullups 25 Reps - Abs 100 Reps - Standing Broad Jump 200cm - Splits - Front Lever - Iron Cross

Of course
Just do explosive pull ups pushups and some hard squat variants boom you have aeshetics and athleticism and do some martial art aswell

I am just gonna give away my split and routine just incase you need it:

Monday - Back and biceps
Tuesday - Chest, shoulders and triceps
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back and biceps
Friday - Chest, shoulders and triceps

When working back do barbell rows and try and increase the weight by at least 5 lbs per week. When working chest do dumbbell presses
