Is it low T completely avoiding eye contact with people?

I don't like smiling at someone whome I'm not that familiar with. Whenever i walk past someone whome I don't know much, I look at completely opposite direction. If they initiate convo , then I'll interact with them but i can't initiate conversation or greet to them . Is it because of Low T or just aspieness?
