in motion you can see a bigger change, which is largely irrelevant, because this surgery wasn't meant to drastically change his attractiveness (which it has in motion) but the implants that are following will, which would look comical without this surgery.

I wouldnt say zero because i do see improvements to the nose and chin area. But the round faces of indians/ethnics really kill us. Indians only look good when we have more caucasoid facial structure - sharp features with rectangular face, whereas most of us have soft features with round face
