Is it normal for Pashtuns to get thicker body hair at 16?

Need help from you @ascendedd and any other people who know, why tf my arm and chest is thickening at 16 when I’m Pashtun, late puberty maybe? My beard isn’t grown in, only my mustache

thats actually weird you can't grow one then. Arab and Pashtun should be prime for facial hair, maybe you're a late bloomer like me
