Is it normal for the jaw to shake after a session of bonesmashing?

Just got done with a session, zygos, mandible, chin, ramus and browridge. And now when i try to jutt my whole fucking jaw is shaking uncontrollably, is it normal? Is it that the masseter muscles and other muscles around the jaw aren't used to the the sudden impacts?

The shaking is most likely from muscle fatigue and nerve overstimulation in the masseter, temporalis, and surrounding jaw muscles after repeated trauma basically the muscles firing erratically because they’ve been shocked, not “trained.”

Dont really do it that hard that it might cause dislocation or bone fracture just enough to get a pump and i do use a cloth to break the direct contact with the hammer but thanks for the info

I see i did read threads of bs working for some people and wanted to try it out it was only my 2nd time doing this probably gonna buy the 75 hz massage gun and continue doing the research
