I’ve doing chin tucks for like 2 months but since last week I’ve been noticing clicks behind my ear while doing them, I don’t feel any pain tho. Should I be worried?

Stop chin tucks and do actual workouts.

chin tucks only fix your fucked up posture/make it better, but it sounds like your developing tmj and that's no good, so stop.

I also chew gum 5 times a week, I cut the gum in 2 pieces and one for each side (for 1 hour). Should I stop that too

Bro what the fuck are you doing, Iam pretty sure your trying to get a jawline but that's not the way, You just conformed the possibility of your problem being tmj

yes, You have caused yourself a problem that might persist for a prolonged period of time, even if you dont continue what your doing.

Better masseters
Are your masseters bad in the first place, or are you just targeting the quickest fix?

do some research on posture, you'll quickly find out what problems you have, after that its quiet easy to find the right exercises that actually solve your issues

Homie just clean your teeth :feelshehe:, if you have a constant bad breath even after brushing your teeth you should go check out a dentist, your might have tonsillitis or a bacterial infection

but if you have bad breath from just a normal cause, I dont recommend gum, you don't want a full on case of tmj, better safe than sorry, start getting used to mint candies

thank you for the reps :feelsautistic:
