Is it Normal to have a large head but low bone mass?

Is it normal to have a big ass head but a low bone mass in the lower/jaw area? My mandible and maxilla are fucking buried under buccal fat. I’m black and trying to debloat I’m going to fucking lose my mind. I’ve been zygo pushing. But does anyone know how to brutally debloat? Pls go in depth.
