is it normal to have slight purple undereye area at 19

what causes this, MY LOWER EYE IS SO SUBHUMAN. it doesnt expose the white part of my eye but its still rounded. under is purple

THAT is called: DARK CIRCLES.

The causes for it can be a few different ones. which may or may not apply for your case.

example causes:
* excess blood there, causing discloration
* thin skin there, (causing see through of underlying blood)
* skin discoloration
* hollowness (usually due to shit eyesocket shape, bone support, or lacking buccal fat under there), hollowness, causes a shadow "cast' which makes it appear darker.
* stress, dehydration, lack of sleep,

true that.
my dark circles are caused by 2 or 3 things. with some people it's just 1 cause.
with some people, you see thay have like 4 causes ALL AT ONCE for their dark circles.

i suspect thin skin? its thinner than my eyelids
i dont sleep
bone structure too cuz its more recessed than my brow bone and shit
