is it normal to have such palate?

my palate fits my tongue, but it is pretty narrow/average in the front. recently my widsom teeth started coming into place (and it seems like they will fit in) and i noticed that the distance between them is fucking huge.

i sucked my thumb for some time during my childhood, that probably led to crowding of bottom teeth. is it normal to have a very wide palate in the back, but narrow in the front?
