I'm sure this can be googled but I have to ask here in case the Jews are trying to keep men weak and low T and un gymcelled.

Been gymcelling for like a month and a half now and I don't get sore anymore. My lifts are going up and I go to near failure or failure on my last set every time..

I used to get sore after workouts the day after, and it was kind of reassuring that I actually hit each muscle group. Like I could flex my triceps, biceps, delts, lats, whatever and it would hurt. I don't get this anymore and it's making me giga paranoid that I'm not doing enough even though my numbers are going up. I do full body work out 3 times a week currently, should I jump up to 4?

do you wear lifts at gym

after your body gets used to resistance training, you will rarely feel pain, perhaps in leg training

the most important is the DIET

Yes, if you workout like a woman.
You don't need to workout like a man every week, but just by adding a couple of sets to failure to all your exercises you will see how you get rkted again. Not being sore doesn't mean you are not working out properly, but being sore means you are.

Not always. If you're some retard going full blast past your limit and you're sore after every workout you can rhabdo and piss away all your gains and be hospitalized. You're not going to feel sore after workouts past the first week or two and that's normal.

If you do full body 3 times a week, its normal. But if you trained a muscle group once a week, then you would have to get sore. If you do 4, then the probability of getting sore decreases
I personally train chest and back twice a week and get sore after each workout

Yes, that's normal if you are a little bitch and workout like a little bitch. Lol thinking you are going to get Rhabdomyolysis.
