I have already started the bimax process, will be getting braces and have surgery in approx 1 year (with high potential of cheek implants).

I have consulted Vrcek for almond eye, would it be fine to get it first or should I wait till after bimax to see how face develops.

probably not

I naturally have almond eye shape except my subhuman collapsed undereye area make them deformed. Lifefuel.

Why wouldn't it be?

1. Bimax changes overall face shape so it may not be as necessary or look as good. If you look at a lot of bimax results, eye area typically improves due to increased zygo projection and overall better harmony
2. If they put HA paste or implants on cheekbones it may interfere with graft used for lower eyelid retraction

Bimax increases zygo projection? never seen that, how is it possible the cut is way below the zygos.

The change to the eye area is very minimal, if I recall it is something like 10% less scleral show.

You aren't talking about BIMAX now, this implants standard procedure for a bimax, this is an unrelated treatment. If you want cheekbone implants then yes you should do this prior to soft tissue work, obviously.

In an ideal world it would be as follows:

Bimax + Genio --> Infraorbital saddled implants --> soft tissue work if necessary

It is very typical of a bimax surgeon/procedure to at the very least consider the possibility of HA paste (I know it's very standard w Gunson as an example).

I don't wanna get almond eye surg then be limited in the planning phase
