I'm worried about it getting worse on my face but some mild body spots won't go away...

Depends on severity and your specific symptoms since neurogenic rosacea is different from regular rosacea. It's typically managed with neuromodulators like pregab, gabapentin, etc. So, if you're already managing it, then accutane should be safe as long as you use it properly to prevent severe dryness. Moisturize well multiple times a day with a non-comedogenic & non-irritating moisturizer. You should be good

Neuromodulators are to treat the symptoms. They're not that great anyway.

I don't want to risk it getting worse.

adding to my response: if you're really worried, talk to a dermatologist
Dermatologist don't really know and just want money

I'll trust you since you're the one who has the condition & know more about it than I do. Look into topical tretinoin and see if it would be safe for your condition. It's pretty much the same as accutane, they just work in slightly different ways but both will give you incredible skin. Unlike accutane, it's not systemic. Good luck man
