Just get off this site. Eat healthy tough whole foods such as red meat. No junk food and even if you want... have it once a week. Go do some sports that require either sprinting or some sort or physical activity. Don't play basketball its fucking gay, if you aren't good at it them most likely all you'll be doing is standing at the same place for the entirety of the game. Drink a ton of water. Personally I'd never drink from cups because they trick me into thinking I drank a lot of water when i didn't... So go find yourself a 3L water bottle and make it your goal to finish that entire bottle and more everyday. Breath from your nose (mew etc). AND DO NOT PLAY VIDEO GAMES LATE AT NIGHT. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID BY BEING PEAR PRESSURED INTO GAMING UNTIL 10AM MULTIPLE TIMES.

i walk alot i do like 20k steps per day dont do any sports and eat only non proccesed foods , i started breathing from my nose 2 years ago i rest my tongue on top of my mouth and i drink about 2.5l per day my sleep schedule is fucked up i sleep like 5-6 hr i dont know honestly my physique is good(for my age) im an ectomorph ( 54kg im not that skinny i go to the gym ) and im 176cm tall
