Would hgh at this stage be worth it for my height as well considering my growth plates are still open? Also I have been considering androgens but I don’t exactly like the idea that I’m gonna have to be using them for the rest of my life.

Idk ur nose seems ok but u can use hydrocortisone to slim it down (BEWARE OF TOPICAL STERIOD WITHDRAWAL) although idk how mnuch thatd help. lips not much you ccan do exept hardmaxx although do some research on this

I really don’t understand what else is holding me back and what I can do to ascend besides these few things. Theres clearly more to it I just can’t tell what it is besides my skin, nose, and lips.

Do calorie deficit
trim that subhuman facial hair
Fix that bum hairstyle
Death tier lips so I'd say use any lip copes, such as volufiline, and lots of lipbalms
Use topical tranexamic acid alongside 5% daily pea sized

Side is still bad due to the gonion angle and the nose

100% worth it, it still has many benefits apart from height. If you can afford it do it. And if you dont blast you wont need them forever but tbh i prefer blasting much better.
