you can hang from a doorframe for alsong as you can to decompress your spine and extend it a tad. also high quality sleep 7-9hrs. if you have tense ligaments in your legs and such also stretch them. amd ofc, a high nutrient diet; müsli with milk for breakfast with coffee, any lunch with meat basically (if youre in school theres a high chance they provide a warm meal eith meat), and smth light for dinner but nutrient dense like nuts or smth
now im not a dietologist or whatev but this exatct kindof thing grew me out from 177 to 193cm

You need to put your life in danger to reach good height
Hgh will help you surpass you potential but will have some bad side effects. Otherwise it is not possible, unless you win 0.00000001% genetic lottery.
Also LL will help you.
Look at other family members height chart if you are really want to cope without hardmaxing, maybe you will succeed. Monitor bone age, hand size, feet size, compared to your parents
