What you all think timothy will look like after the swelling. Definitely looks uncanny rn but I think people are acting like it worse then it is. Possible revisions or is what it is ?

Could have honestly expected way worse for a 11 in surgeries in one from Giant who isn't specialized in a lot of the surgeries, but Idk why he didn't just do multiple specialized surgeons cause of how much he has.

Poor strategy and poor execution.

The strategy I would have recommended : prior to any surgery, he should have leaned out as much as possible. His biggest flaw was/is a very soft, rotund, boneless look. If I recall correctly, he coped by saying that his facial fat distribution wouldn't change even at 12 % BF ; when in reality he probably never went that low. He could/should have used reta to reach that goal and good old self-discipline to improve his body composition afterward.
Once truly as lean as sustainable, he should have addressed the excess facial fat with a combination of fat dissolvers, liposuction, and BFR, targetting in particular perioral & submalar deposits, cheeks, jawline, and submental area. Once done with that phase, he could have reassessed his facial definition and angularity, and eventually picked the right way to enhance those aspects with probably a combination of fillers and implants.

About the execution : as discussed in other threads, bimax was probably not necessary, and his philtrum, lips, bite, got fucked up in the process. Not sure those features will ever recover.
I'm also quite pessimistic about the rhinoplasty. The surgeon should have built up the radix, dorsum and tip, in order to increase nasal projection & definition, which would have compensated soft tissue removal around the dorsum, tip, and nostrils.
Instead, he got a poorly done alar plasty, a nuked columella, and some questionable tip work (to be reassessed once swelling has subsided). His nose looks flat from the front, and nearly as wide as before (I would need clear before/after's to judge it fairly). He will probably need a revision.

That said, even with everything done right, he might have just ended up looking ok, because of an unfavorable base made worse by alopecia aerata, or whatever condition affects his facial hair's growth.

Timmy

It's over for him he should have gotten limb lenghting surgery first

The infraorbital implants were placed too far laterally effectively becoming malar implants and since the cheekbones were already unnecessarily wide, they now appear even wider. The implants were far too large for the head. and Of course, this design was created by the world's best designer ,a genius.

He was a bimax candidate but the problem was he’s class 1 from previous braces so is mandible is still recessed but camouflaged with the massive genio and the reason his face is so puffy cause he lacks width in his dental arches.

He shoulda have done expansion and decomp

Was he really class 2 before braces? I was under the impression he had always been class 1 but might be wrong

So why didn't he decompensate before surgery? Did he go surgery-first?

But even if he originally had an overbite i feel like his mandible was decently projected, for the facial convexity all he would have needed to fix it was a genio

I agree with almost everything, especially the strategy you recommended. that morph is brutal hopefully he ends up looking somewhat like that after swellling goes down. I respect timothy so much regardless he had such a shit life before hopefully he looks good post-recovery.

I'm expecting his jaw shape and jawline angularity to improve when the swelling settles down.

As for the rest, it's a waiting game for the swelling to subside, but even after the swelling goes down it could still continue to not look good. His lips are pretty bad.

You have to bear in mind tho bro's face was literally a boneless orange as his starting point

No he didn’t but I think he just frauded his mandible in past pics cause there is pics when he was bald u could tell how recessed it was

dont think his swelling and fat will ever go away, he openly posts that he stuffs his face with goyslop daily, pizza, candy, greasy oil foods, sodas etc is his entire diet even while in recovery from major surgeries

idk we'll see but what he eats during recovery doesnt matter, its what he eats after it. if he keeps consuming slop he is cooked correct

Yeah its really hard to say. Timoth aside, if you have a maloclussion one should get bimax. But if one is class 1, genio is the move if your facial convexity is off.

Getting bimax when you are class 1 and only skeletally recessed in the chin is retarded. I was under the impression that this was timothys case

I'm truly convinced that it is not the lack of information surrounding surgery planning, but the mental health issues that surround these types of decisions.

TBH, I don't think any of what you said would've constructively convinced him or fixed the plan. The whole "10 surgeries in one go" was a disaster waiting to happen, although he's brave for being the first one to take the risk.

I mean he wasn't really botched, it's mostly just people trying to downplay hard maxxing for everyone else.

He definitely went from ~Subhuman here in the left to around Mid CL in the right (still peak swelling, need to wait another couple years - but even WITH swelling this is an exponential improvement):

True, he should be eating raw meat instead and drinking raw milk like Face Intelligence and Svrange says. These actually make the difference. No idea why he thinks it's a good idea to take jew medications manufactured in Tel Aviv.

I pray for bro everyday he’s had such a shit life if the surgery’s don’t work it’s over for bro he deserves a better life
I agree also but everything he did was on him, especially since he ignored everyone's advice of how serious surgery is and just did 11 at once. He definitely isn't optimizing the healing process either with just slop & prescription spam when he can afford everything healthy. I personally think the best case is him at least getting revision after he heals for a slight retraction with a top surgeon for djs.

Honestly I feel like he face was good enough for how rich and likable he was before, but LL still seems like a big deal for him, along w how he currently might be botched.
