hi, i am new to looksmaxximg. after seeing countless memes, i decided to give it a try.

some info for you guys: i am 16, italian, 1.80m (might be 1.81, haven’t measured my height in a while); i have a fairly balanced diet, and i recently lost quite some weight. i should be around 19-20% bf (medically assesed). i hit the gym 3x a week and box 3x a week.

can you give me an honest opinion? should i
