I literally sat my whole puberty 13-17 in front of pc 10+hours a day(during school it was like 6 hours, still setendary lifestyle), bmi 17 was scared of cholesterol like retard, for sure had vitamin/mineral deficiencies eat meat only 1 time per week at most. Grew to 6'3 at 18. Started eating animal based diet like an actual human being only at 17, now im bmi 18.6. Have scoliosis, face assymetry(100% avoidable if i gave my body proper nutrition). And now because of my fucked posture i have numbness in my hands after training in the gym. Also my xyphoid process/sternum pops 10 times a day jfl. Like my xyphoid is weirdly formed and you can see bone there, but the ortophedist on the 5 minute visit said its no concern. Have very mild pectus excavatum. I just want to put 10-15kg of muscle mass,improve asymmetries.
I wonder if physical therapy will help or is my skeletal system fucked. I had x ray for scoliosis at 14 and it was 10 degrees.
