turned 16 in april im 178cm. my dads 5,9 and my mam is 5,6. My brother is 19 in a few months at 6,1 but he was crazy malnourished cos he doesnt eat much and he does absolutely nothing but rot or party when hes not at college. I am on around 150g protein, 80g fat and 250-300g carbs at 70kg bw with a lean build and good balanced diet. will i grow any further my last growth spurt was december 2025.

depends on growth plates go check and if they r still open hop on erda to gain atleast 1-3 inches on height
