my bidelt width is only 18.8 inches and my shoulder circumference is 45.8 inches my waist is 28 inches at 16% bf i think it will be 26 when i'll be 10% bf, but the circumference of my waist just above my hip bone is 29 inches. my single clavicle length is 7.2 inches.

i have round shoulder because of shit posture btw (can fixing my posture help with frame? not grow bones but looks better maybe?)

is it over? do i have shit frame?
