If you play both Basketball and American Football growing up, there is no way you aren't 6'2. Don't start squating or gymmaxxing until 17. Thats what most of the tall guys I know did. I swear to god my friend group of 11 is above 6'2 and with 2 of them being 6'5.

And just eat peanut butter and drink milk and tonns of meat. Easy.
