Is it possible for me to realign my sphenoid?

i think i have slight misalignment its annoying as shit

if realigned would it even go symmetrical tho? i imagine the misalginment cause assymetrical development itself so if u realign the sphenoid i imagine it woulld stay assymetrical though im literally spitballing i have no idea and would hope not
