Everyone says im coping and growth plates are already fused but im gonna follow this one theory I saw, I plan to take NAAAS steroids (anabolic-androgenic steroids) and pair it with HGH but im scared my plats are closed and it will just cause acromegaly. Anyway here's AI explaining the process:
This theory suggests that estrogen is the main hormone responsible for closing growth plates, not testosterone. Normally, growth plates fuse during late adolescence, which stops further increases in height. The hypothesis proposes that using non-aromatizing androgens (compounds that cannot convert into estrogen) could suppress natural estrogen production and delay this closure. Without enough estrogen, the signals that normally convert cartilage into bone may be reduced, potentially keeping growth plates open longer.
While the plates remain open, the theory suggests that androgens could stimulate chondrocytes, the cartilage cells responsible for bone lengthening. These hormones may increase both the rate at which these cells divide and their final size before they harden into bone, which could theoretically increase bone growth.
The model also proposes combining this approach with human growth hormone (HGH). HGH stimulates the production of IGF-1, a key growth factor for bone development. Androgens may enhance the local release and effectiveness of IGF-1 within growth plates, potentially increasing overall growth speed.
Because very low estrogen levels can weaken bones, the theory suggests using SERMs such as tamoxifen. These drugs can act like estrogen in bone tissue to maintain bone density while blocking estrogen’s role in growth plate fusion.
Overall, the hypothesis claims that removing the hormonal signals that stop growth while enhancing those that promote it could allow growth to continue past the normal teenage years. In theory, height would then be limited more by cellular lifespan than by age.
TDLR: The theory says estrogen closes growth plates, so suppressing it with non‑aromatizing steroids might keep plates open while HGH + androgens boost growth signals. Tamoxifen is suggested to protect bones. But if the plates are already closed, HGH would likely cause acromegaly instead of height growth.
