I have very minimal almost invisible UEE, pretty low set supraorbitals but high set brows (hope you get what i mean). My eye area is pretty good.

Medial canthopexy exists but is done only for the deformed right?

I've asked Taban once if you could change the medial canthus, he said 'no'. I don't think any serious surgeon would perform this surgery unless you're already deformed indeed

You can't get this type of eye area if your PFL, PFH, socket depth, and socket tilt aren't somewhat close to this already. If it is close to this, you can get some combination of canthoplasty/canthopexy, orbital rim implants for under eye area and hooding, and almond eye surgery.
