If u hopped on a 1,000 cal deficit then did enough cardio to burn 1,000 more while enough protein and weight lifting for 35 days will it be possible to keep drop 20lb and keep some muscle

u cant burn 1k calories from cardio it will take 5hours

10 kgs in 30 days is almost impossible lmao you need to drop 2.5 kgs a week to achieve that and your body on its own can’t do that since anything over 1.5kg is quite literally the limit and your goal of 1000 calorie deficit and burn 1000 cal is just so unrealistic and unsustainable, first 2 days(I doubt that itself will happen but let’s just assume that for now) you might be able to maintain your target goal but after that you will just turn lethargic due to that huge calorie deficit and give up lol
