I wake up at 179.5-180cm and loose my height pretty much instantly and go down to 178cm. So i'm basically a solid 5'10 i guess. My question is if it's possible to gain any height with stretching exercises?, also read that pull ups could help. I WANT to be able to claim 5'11 Or am i destined to be 5'10 forever? literally over, so close to the 5'11 non subhuman territory mark
My posture was extremely bad a year ago ,that bad that people noticed and asked me why i’m hunching so much while walking., i improved my posture alot with 1 year of working out but i'm still exactly the same height as before. I still got some hyper lordosis, just not as bad as before ( there is still quite a gap standing straight against a wall or a lying down on a bench )
Anyone with any heightmaxxing experience? any advice?
