Do you know if it's possible to fill the back area of the ramus ?
Mine is inclined forward leaving a wide area back there, steep angle.
In order to get wider but deeper gonions, do you know if it's possible with any technique ? As far as i know, fillers or implant only enlarge masseter muscle wich is limited by his jawbone attachement, so i don't get how it would be possible to gain like 5mm at the rear ramus.
I already contacted the dr who did my genioplasty 2years ago, told me it's impossible cause it's empty zone. I told him some guys get angles droped down and it's also empty area, he could not clearly respond
